DQ400 gearbox firmware
In the catalog the DQ400 has its own filter. It is not inside DQ200 or DQ250. Take the file by the software number and version on the label, or by VIN when the label is missing and you need the car's factory software.
What to check before paying
Open the file page and match the gearbox, number and version. The 20 € charge is for that file. If the version is not in the database, there is no button and nothing to pay.
Immo Off
The Immo Off form is not built for the DQ400. To move a unit onto another car, write to support@dsgsoft.com.ua. On the site that service is open for DQ200, DQ250, DQ381 and DQ500.
Do not mix up the name
DQ400 and DQ200 only look similar in writing. Their software numbers differ, and so does the catalog filter.
Where to do this
A firmware file from the catalog or by VIN costs 20 €. Immo Off together with the VIN change costs 30 €. The download button appears after payment and a copy is sent by email. If that version is not in the database, there is no button. Before writing, match the software number and version to the unit label.
