DQ500 gearbox firmware
The DQ500 is a seven-speed wet gearbox for higher torque. Labels show 0BH, 0BT and 0DL. Those are different hardware lines: choose the file by the full software number, not by the word DQ500.
Three numbers in one filter
The DQ500 catalog filter gathers these numbers so you are not guessing the gearbox. You still write only the file whose number and version are on your unit.
Vans and cars
The same DQ500 name is used on cars and on vans. The VIN or the label tells the software of that particular unit. The body name does not choose the file.
Moving the unit
DQ500 Immo Off is made from the flash and EEPROM you read and the VIN of the car the unit is fitted to. It costs 30 €. A ready file from the catalog does not replace that service.
Where to do this
A firmware file from the catalog or by VIN costs 20 €. Immo Off together with the VIN change costs 30 €. The download button appears after payment and a copy is sent by email. If that version is not in the database, there is no button. Before writing, match the software number and version to the unit label.
Short answers
Are 0BH, 0BT and 0DL interchangeable?
No. They are different numbers. Write only the one that matches the label.
Is this the higher-torque gearbox?
Yes. The DQ500 is built for more torque than a DQ200. The file is still chosen by software number.
Is DQ500 Immo Off available?
Yes. It needs your own flash and EEPROM.
